Interview Results
Several features were requested during the interview, some from teachers and some from learners, starting with learners who asked for a video content to be present in the platform to help them keep up with the instructor and follow them up step by step.

Learners also asked for a section for copies of the course materials like PDFs, Labs or PowerPoint to be able to revise the content on their own without going back to the course page on the website every time they need to check a specific information.

Mutual feature was asked from both learners and teachers which was feedback section which could help both to improve their gains from the course:

Learners: improve their experience by filtering courses as they like from the feedback of other students who already finished the course.

Teachers: Improve their methods by learning from the feedback of students who finished the course and had notes or problems understanding specific points or from some students who have some suggestions to improve the quality of the course or the content.

Learners and teachers asked also for a community section in each individual course to maximize the communication methods between learners and teachers by directly communicating with each other to clear any fog after finished some videos or studying some course content.
